Welcome to Play2Path! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the platform, including features such as quiz creation and participation, the DeepSearchJobs tool, and the rewards system. By using Play2Path, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old or have parental consent to use Play2Path.
2. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Platform Features
Quiz Creation & Participation: You can create and play quizzes. You are responsible for the content you submit.
DeepSearchJobs: You may choose up to 3 job preferences. Based on these, the tool will suggest up to 20 job opportunities per day per preference. These are sourced from third-party sites and not guaranteed to be accurate or current.
Points and Rewards: Users can earn points through platform activity. These points can be used to:
- Enter draws to win gifts provided by companies.
- Participate in auctions where points are bid to win rewards.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform. This includes posting harmful content, disrupting service, or violating laws.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your quizzes, but grant Play2Path a license to use and display them. All other content is owned by Play2Path.
6. Privacy
Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers
Play2Path is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for quiz results, job listings accuracy, or third-party content.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
